Your Session is Booked!
Congratulations on taking a step into your personal care and tailored treatment.
Please allow at least 24 hours for your request to book a session is received to get a response and confirmation.
Studio Arrival
The studio is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on the ground floor with stairs leading to the treatment room. If you have questions about physical access or need help determining whether the space will work for you, please reach out prior to booking.
The studio does not have a doorbell. Upon arrival, please send a message to let us know you’re here, and your massage therapist, Briana, will come meet you at the door. Shoes will be left at the door of the entrance to the studio.
For privacy and safety reasons, door codes are not shared.
If you anticipate needing extra time or assistance upon arrival, please reach out ahead of your scheduled appointment so we can plan accordingly.
Before Your Session
Sessions are scheduled by appointment and begin with a brief check-in. This time allows us to connect about how your body is feeling, any areas of focus, and what you’re hoping to receive from the session.
You may undress to your level of comfort. Draping is always used, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
During the Session
Pressure, pace, and techniques are adjusted throughout the session based on how your body responds. You’re always welcome to speak up if something doesn’t feel right or if you’d like a change.
Pillows and supports are used to help you get comfortable on the table. If you’re pregnant or need extra support, positioning is adjusted so your body can fully relax without strain.
You can talk, rest, or stay quiet during your session — whatever feels most natural to you.
